Order

Customers are welcomed to put items into the shopping cart. You will find the "Add To Cart" button in each item page. Please adjust the quantity that you want to purchase, and press the button, the particular item will be added to your shopping cart. You can continue your shopping or press "Check Out" button for check out process. You will see some item not showing the list price nor the "Add To Cart" button. This is because this item is not available for order. You may check later or simply send us email to check for any update regarding any product.

Check Out

If you have the Coupon Code on hand, you can enter into the area provided to enjoy special offer.

Please check the NAME, SHIPPING ADDRESS shown on this page is correct. You can change the address here by clicking the link provided. If you have entered more than 1 shipping address, you need to choose which shipping address do you want this order to be send. Please also choose the desired shipping method. You are welcomed to leave us any special instruction about this order in the "Special Notes" area. We will try our best to follow your requests. Lastly, you need to choose a payment method for this order. Press "Continue" to the payment page.

Process Order

After you press "Continue" button from the above page, you are brought to the order detail, showing the customer information, shiping address, ordered items, shipping cost and total amount to be paid. You can change the order contents by clicking the "back" button. If you find everything to be correct, you can press "Process Order" button, which will bring you to the Paypal site for collecting your ID and password. This procedure is encrpted before transfer for security reason. Once you finish the payment process, you will be back to ibuyxyz.com and you can choose to print out your invoice and log out.

Payment

We are accepting Paypal and PayDollar for payment. For any order over US$100, we reserve the right to process the order only if you are a VERIFIED Paypal user. Thank you very much for your kindly understanding, this is the procedure for fighting against fraudulent transaction.
In July 2008, we accept payment by VISA/MASTERCARD handling by PayDollar. We have different handling for direct credit card payment.

Shipping

We offers 2 shipping options for retail customers: Air Mail or EMS Speedpost by Hong Kong Post.

Air Mail (registered) or Air Parcel

Air Mail (registered) is only for total shipping weight less than 2kg. If your total shipping weight is over 2kg, we will send out your order by Air Parcel. The max. shipping weight for this service vary from countries, usually 15kg or 20kg is the maximum weight for shipping. We do not provide insurance for this service. No online tracking feature for both Air Mail or Air Parcel. Shipping will take 5-14 days depends on which countries you are located. Your patient is greatly appreciated as some countries do take serious treatment at the custom office.

EMS Speedpost

EMS Speedpost is available for most of the countries. This service provide door to door delivery, online tracking feature, and basic HK$1000 (US$128) shipping item value insurance (shipping cost is excluded). Extra insurance is available at extra 5% of the declared item value, please contact us for further information. EMS do provide a rapid service, 3-5 days to urban areas, but it can be delayed due to your local custom office as well. We are very sorry for any inconvenient caused.
